RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with the hardware products purchased at prdimefixllc.shop, or if you receive products with quality defects, you may request a refund or return in accordance with the following terms.
1. Return Conditions
Products must remain in a *brand-new, unused* condition and must be accompanied by their original packaging and accessories.
Return requests must be submitted *within 14 days* of receiving the products.
Customized products or promotional items may not be eligible for return; please refer to the product page descriptions for specific details.
For returns resulting from product quality issues or shipping errors, this website will cover the return shipping costs; for returns due to other reasons, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2. Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the designated return address.
Please ship the products back to the designated address *within 5 days* of receiving the authorization, and retain your shipping receipt/proof of shipment.
Once the returned products are received and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment account *within 7–10 business days*.
